Refund, Cancellation, Return policy

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during shipping

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has expired upon arrival

In such cases:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.

  3. Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via PhonePe.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Policy:

We take pride in delivering freshly prepared, high-quality homemade pickles. Since our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Payment Modes

  • Prepaid — UPI
    Pay instantly using UPI apps for fastest confirmation and dispatch.

  • Prepaid — Card
    Accepting Visa, MasterCard, and Rupay debit and credit cards.

  • Prepaid — Net banking
    Secure bank transfer available at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery - COD
    COD is available, but COD charges may apply and are collected at delivery or may be charged during the placement of the order.

  • Refunds for Prepaid Orders
    Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original payment method within a few business days after successful verification. Please ensure to take the video recording and photos ready to apply for refunds. Refunds may not be accepted once the product has been opened or used.

  • Failed Transactions and Payment Issues
    If a payment fails, the order will not be confirmed; please retry or choose another payment mode. For assistance, contact support with your attempted transaction details.
