Order processing

Processing time: All items are prepared only after we receive your order. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days from the time of order confirmation. Custom or bulk order items may take 3–7 business days.

Batch dispatch: Items produced in a particular batch are shipped together; if an item is awaiting the next batch, the order will either wait for that batch or be shipped separately depending on your preference at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Exchange Policy

Perishable policy: Because products are perishable, returns are accepted only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
