Shipping Policy

We deliver freshly made food items with care — batch-wise production means freshness is prioritized at every step.

Order processing

  • Processing time: All items are prepared only after we receive your order. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days from the time of order confirmation. Custom or bulk order items may take 3–7 business days.

  • Batch dispatch: Items produced in a particular batch are shipped together; if an item is awaiting the next batch, the order will either wait for that batch or be shipped separately depending on your preference at checkout.

Delivery areas and partners

  • Service area: We ship across India; select pin codes are shown at checkout.

  • Carriers: We use trusted courier partners and regional transporters to ensure safe handling of fragile jars and sweets.

Shipping charges and free shipping

  • Charges: Standard shipping fees apply based on weight, distance, and chosen delivery speed.

  • Free shipping: Free standard shipping for orders above the minimum cart value displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (metro areas typically faster).

  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days where available; extra charge applies.


Tracking and notifications

  • Tracking: A tracking number and link are sent by SMS/email once the order ships.

  • Notifications: You’ll receive updates at dispatch and on delivery.

Packaging and handling

  • Safety-first packaging: All food items are packed with food-safe cushioning, tamper-evident seals, and insulated options for hot-weather transit.

  • Batch labeling: Each package shows the batch number and production/expiry dates for traceability.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Exchange Policy

Returns, refunds, and replacements:

  • Perishable policy: Because products are perishable, returns are accepted only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Resolution: We offer a replacement or full refund after verification. Shipping costs for verified replacements are borne by us.Cash on delivery and payment.

 

Cash on delivery and payment

  • Payment options: Prepaid (card, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (where available).

  • COD charge: A nominal COD fee may apply.

 

Delays and exceptions

  • Weather or strikes: Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or local restrictions may occur; we will notify you and re-route if needed.

  • Rural deliveries: Remote addresses may have longer delivery windows and a surcharge.

  • Escalation: If an issue isn’t resolved, mention your order number and batch number for faster support.
