Acceptance of terms

By placing an order with our food items (operated by Kamakshi Enterprises), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, app, or official ordering channels

Orders, Preparation, & Dispatch

  • Made-to-order Policy: Some items are prepared only after we receive your order.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days from order confirmation.

  • Batch Handling: Items produced in the same batch may ship together; if products are in different batches, they may ship separately

Packaging, Delivery, & Timelines

  • Packaging: Pickles are packed in food-safe pouches; we do not use glass jars.

  • Delivery Method: We provide standard delivery only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Payment Methods

Liability, Intellectual Property, & Other Terms

  • Liability Limit: Our liability for any claim related to products or delivery is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Allergies & Ingredients: Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists and allergen information before ordering. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee absence of cross-contamination.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on our site (images, descriptions, designs) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reused without permission.

  • Modifications: We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms apply to orders placed after the change.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws where the business is registered.

Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins. Once preparation starts, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Because products are perishable and made to order, returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.

  • Reporting Window: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos, order number, and batch number.

  • Resolution: After verification we will offer a replacement or full refund. For verified replacements we cover replacement shipping costs.

  • Non-Eligible Cases: Change of mind, natural variations in homemade recipes, or delays caused by carriers, weather, or local restrictions are not eligible for return or refund.

Pricing, Payment, & COD

  • Prices: Product prices shown at checkout are final unless a pricing error is identified.

  • Payment Options: Prepaid payments (card, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) are available where offered.

  • COD Charges: COD charges apply and are collected in addition to the product and shipping cost.

Contact & Support

  • For cancellations, shipping queries, or to report damaged items, contact our support team with your order number and batch number for faster resolution.

Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a product, order, or these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

  • No indirect or consequential damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or anticipated savings, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Perishable goods exception: Because our pickles and sweets are perishable and made to order, our liability is limited to verified cases of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within the required reporting window. Verified remedies will be limited to replacement or refund as described in our Returns policy.

  • Third-party carriers and delays: We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other delivery interruptions outside our direct control. Where we arrange transport, our liability is limited to reasonable efforts to assist with claims against the carrier.

  • Packaging and breakage: We package products in food-safe pouches and use protective packing to minimise damage. We will address verified packaging failures; we are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling after delivery.

  • No warranty beyond stated terms: Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we make no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Consumer protection rights preserved: Nothing in this Limitation of Liability is intended to exclude or restrict any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law; where such laws apply, statutory rights will prevail.

  • Mitigation requirement: Customers must take reasonable steps to mitigate any loss (for example, by retaining packaging and taking photographs) and must report issues within the stated timeframes to remain eligible for remedies.

  • Severability: If any part of this Limitation of Liability is held unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
